## Regulations for competition

1. 1. The organizer of the Mr Chaser Poland 2020 election is the Bears of Poland Association. 2. The organizer is the originator and owner of the idea of elections organized since 2019 and the name „Wybory Mr Chaser Poland” (in English: “Mr Chaser Poland Competition”) 3. The competition is open to adult men speaking Polish, who are bear admirers from the bear community. 4. You can enter the competition by sending an application via an e-mail to the following e-mail address: stowarzyszenie@bearsofpoland.pl, by March 31, 2020, until 23.59. 5. The application should contain: 1. 1 portrait photo, 2. 1 photo of the whole body figure, 3. 1 photo from the waist up, showing a naked or uncovered chest, 4. short information about the Candidate, i.e. name (first name and surname), age, place of residence, 5. a brief description of the candidate: interests, passions, reasons why he would like to take part in the competition, etc. 6. T-shirt size (for the information of the Organizer), 7. telephone number (for the information of the Organizer). 1. By sending photos, the applicant declares at the same time, that he is their author or has the copyrights to these photos. 2. Sending the application is an automatic consent to: 1. Public presentation of your image, in the form of a list of candidates, in promotional materials and in social media, in connection with the election of Mr Chaser Poland or the Bears of Poland Association. 2. Repeated use and processing of the image of a given person, saved in the format of photos and video recordings during the elections, before and after them, by the Organizer, for the purposes of promoting and organizing the election of Mr Chaser Poland or other events of the Bears of Poland Association as the organizer or co-organizer. 3. For multiple use and processing of the winner’s image by the Organizer – in the case of winning the competition. 1. Applicants will be notified of qualification as Candidates by April 5, 2020. Until that day, candidates are required not to share in public or via social media, that they are participating in the competition. 2. In doubtful matters, the Organizer reserves the right to refuse to accept the application and refuse the applicant to enter the competition. 3. The candidates are committed to arrive on April 25, 2020 to the Odessa Club in Warsaw (Kolejowa street 8/10, Warsaw) at 20.30 and take an active part in the competition for the title of Mr Chaser Poland 2020. Active participation in the election means: 1. commitment to comply with the event schedule prepared and presented by the Organizer, 2. punctual appearance at a specified time in a specified place during the election at the Organiser’s request, 3. answering the questions asked honestly and truthfully, 4. preparing a short presentation of themselves beforehand, 5. appearance / performance in minimum two costumes: day or sports outfit and underwear, 6. compliance with the rules of these regulations. 1. During the competition, candidates present themselves at least twice in the following outfits: day or sports outfit and underwear. 2. The winner is obliged to collect the awarded titles and awards. Awards associated with the Mr Chaser Poland 2020 Competition are addressed to the winner and not transferable to third parties. 3. Candidates will receive a free admission ticket to the Odessa Club on April 25, 2020, valid from 20.30. 4. Material prizes received during the competition cannot be exchanged for cash. 5. The Bears of Poland Association is not responsible for the manner in which prizes are being used by the winners. 6. During the competition, the title of Mr Chaser Poland 2020 will be awarded, which will be held for the next year, until the next competition. 7. The title of Mr Chaser Poland 2020 will be awarded based on the result of the voting in the Club. 8. You can only vote during the competition event in the Club by voting for the selected participant. Votes for all Candidates will be collected in one, collective ballot-box in a secret ballot. The ballot-box will be placed in a public place in the Club. 9. A voting card is obtained at the entrance to the Club, after paying an admission fee. Members of the Bears of Poland Association after presenting their membership card for 2020 receive two voting cards. 10. Voting takes place by clearly marking one square corresponding to a given Candidate. A vote is considered invalid if it is ambiguous (e.g. the voting sign is visible next to two candidates). In discussions, the Chairman of the Ballot Counting Committee has the final decision on recognizing the vote as valid. 11. Votes casted on individual participants of the election will be counted in a separate room by a 5-member Ballot Counting Committee consisting of: 3 people selected in the Club from among the guests and 2 people indicated by the Organizer. The Committee elects its chairman and secretary from among its members. 12. After counting the votes, the chairman of the Ballot Counting Committee will announce the winner of the Mr Chaser Poland 2020 competition. 13. In the event of a tie, there will be extra time on the stage with the participation of the audience. The winner will be the candidate who receives a longer applause from the Club. 14. The winner will receive a sash with the title of Mr Chaser Poland 2020. The sash becomes the property of the winner of the competition. 15. The Organizer does not cover or reimburse the costs incurred by candidates in connection with participation in elections. All claims will be dismissed as unfounded. 16. The Organizer of the Mr Chaser Poland competition reserves the right to clarify individual points of the competition regulations. Any changes to the regulations will be available at the bearsofpoland.pl website. 17. The winner of the official title of Mr Chaser Poland 2020 has no obligations to the bears community resulting from the held title, and the competition itself should be treated as a form of entertainment, a kind of beauty contest. 18. The winner of the official title of Mr Chaser Poland 2020 can: 1. officially represent the Polish bears community in a winning sash at all events in Poland, Europe and the world for another year, using the title Mr Chaser Poland 2020, 2. actively promote tolerance and the idea behind the bears movement in Poland, Europe and the world, 3. participate in bear community meetings organized by the Bears of Poland Association in the winning sash, 4. activate the bears community in Poland. 1. Sending an application for the election is understood as an acceptance of these regulations. 2. In case of the acts to the detriment of the Organizer, the bears community or presenting and promotion of hate speech by: 1. Candidate – the Organizer has the right to excluded him from participation in the competition, 2. Winner – the Organizer has the right to revoke the title from the Winner and request the return of the sash. 1.
